| ArcusStone is an exciting and versatile limestone coating consisting of a patented blend of portland cement, limestone aggregates, and bonding agents. ArcusStone products are applied to virtually any stable substrate then hand tooled to produce the look of quarried limestone, dry stacked, or complete with grout lines. ArcusStone can be used interior or exterior to create beautiful door and window surrounds, custom columns, arches, fireplaces, or any other decorative stone elements. ArcusStone is lightweight, typically applied at 3/8" thickness is only 3 lbs. per sq. ft. and has a compressive strength of approx. 4600 PSI after 28 days. ArcusStone has even more design possibilities with the addition of ArcusPlaster, a blend of ArcusStone, other minerals and bonding agents to produce a plaster of enhanced strength and appearance. Originally developed in Europe in the 1960's for the restoration of historic stone structures, today's field-applied ArcusStone and ArcusPlaster products offer a complete system of authentic cut-stone and plaster finishes. Both product are integrally colored using natural mineral oxide pigments and the result is the look, feel, and quality of quarried limestone without the weight and cost of real stone.
